Who is Covered Under the Warranty?
  • The warranty covers the original purchaser of a Ruroc helmet and is non-transferable.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
  • Ruroc products, while owned by the original purchaser and subject to normal use, are warranted to be free of defects for the appropriate period (1, 2, or 3 years). If a Ruroc product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge, provided the customer promptly notifies us of any defect and ceases to use the product immediately.
What is NOT Covered?

    The warranty does not cover:

  • • Normal wear and tear.
  • • Damage resulting from an accident, fall, or abusive use.
  • • Fading or degradation of certain paint types due to environmental elements.
  • • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind.
Limitations and Exclusions

    Ruroc will not be liable for the product, and the warranty will not be valid in the following circumstances:

  • • Damage caused by accidents.
  • • Scratches, abrasions, deterioration, detaching of paint, or other damages caused to the helmet, visor, or external painted parts by accidental impacts.
  • • Damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance/care, or incorrect wear of internal and external elements.
  • • Modifications of any type made to the external shell by painting/lacquering.
  • • Modifications of any type made to the interior lining or EPS.
  • • Damage caused by the use of/contact with harmful chemical products.
  • • Damage to the visor caused by improperly attaching it to the helmet.
  • • Damage caused by the application of stickers/adhesives.
  • • Damage caused by the use of incompatible accessories sold by another company.
  • • Certain paint finishes may show minor imperfections due to the application method. These minor imperfections will not be visible when viewed at arm's length (approximately 0.7 meters).
  • • Ageing due to the normal wear of internal fibers or foam, and the visual aspect of exterior parts or visors (scratches, marks, etc.).
  • • Loss of color intensity or wearing out of the colors due to prolonged exposure to weather/adverse conditions.
How Do I Request a Warranty Replacement?

    To request a warranty replacement, any claim must be supported by proof of purchase such as an order number or sales receipt. Notify us promptly of any defect and cease to use the product immediately. If a Ruroc product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
